Diksha clincial research assistant in the Turner Lab. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Neuroscience in Spring 2026. She completed her senior thesis examining the relationship between psychosis symptoms, childhood trauma, and cortical thickness in bipolar disorder using structural MRI data. Her research interests include understanding the neurobiological mechanisms underlying severe mental illness and how early life experiences shape the brain structure and clinical outcomes. She plans to pursue medical school in the future. Outside of the lab, she enjoys dancing, community involvement, and spending time with friends and family.
